Q How do I book tickets for events?

Q Can I swap my tickets from one performance to another?
No, tickets cannot be exchanged from one
performance to another.
Q Where do I collect my tickets and what must I bring with
me?
Tickets that have been requested to be kept at Box
Office for collection can be collected at anytime the Box Office is
open. You MUST bring the credit/debit card used to do the booking,
a valid form of ID and reference number. Please Click Here for Box Office

Q What is the service charge when booking tickets and how
can I avoid this?
Service charge is a charge for the service of booking tickets over
the phone or the internet. Service charge can be avoided by booking
in person at the Box Office or by sending in a postal booking with
a cheque and covering letter. Unfortunately we cannot accept postal
bookings for popular events that are expected to sell out quickly.

Q How can the Odyssey Arena sell out of tickets for a
concert in a matter or minutes?
As with all Odyssey Arena events, tickets are made
available to simultaneously purchase by a number of methods
including the Arena Box Office (in person or by phone), via over 70
Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster's credit card booking
hotline and online via Ticketmaster's website. With thousands
of people all calling and going online at the same time, the demand
for tickets is extremely high and tickets can quickly sell out.
Q I have lost my ticket for a forthcoming event what should
I do?
Please go back to your point of purchase either the Ticketmaster
outlet or Odyssey Arena Box Office. You can contact the Odyssey
Arena Box Office on 028 9073 9074.

Q Can I get a refund on tickets?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or
refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the
event.

Q Can I bring food and drink into the Arena?
Neither food nor drink can be taken into the arena from outside the
building.
A range of hot and cold food and drinks are available throughout
the Arena.
Q How do I get to Odyssey Arena?

Q Is there a bus that runs to the Odyssey
Arena?
Translink's Metro Service Number 26, 26a & 26b leaves
Belfast City Centre at Donegall Square West and makes a stop
outside the Odyssey Pavilion. Please contact Translink on 028 90 66
66 30 for timetable enquiries.
Q Can I bring cameras into the Arena?
The use of cameras in the Arena varies depending on
the event. Professional cameras are not permitted and audio and
visual recording of a show are prohibited at all times.
During Ice Hockey games cameras are permitted, however the use of flash photography is prohibited during play.
With regards to concerts, standard personal cameras are usually permitted unless stated otherwise by the Promoter. Please contact Odyssey Arena on 028 9076 6000 to check the camera policy at the event you will be attending.
Flash photography is prohibited during 'theatre style' shows.
Q Are there any age restrictions for events?
Under 14's should be accompanied by an adult. The standing area
at shows is restricted to over 16's only.
Q When I enter the Arena can I get back out
again?
The Odyssey Arena operates a no re-admission policy. For security
purposes once visitors have entered the venue they may not leave
and re-enter.
Q Is there an ATM machine in the Arena?
There is not an ATM machine located inside the Odyssey Arena
however there are two ATM machines located outside the Odyssey
Pavilion and one outside adjacent to the Odyssey Arena Box Office.
Please note that due to the Arena's no re-admission policy
customers are advised to use ATM machines before entering the
building.
Q What is the Odyssey Arena's smoking policy?
The Odyssey Arena is a no smoking building.
Customers leaving the building will not be permitted to
re-enter.
Q Can you visit the Arena for public ice skating?
No, the ice is used for Belfast Giants home games
and not for public skating.
Q Can I wear Sports Jerseys in the Arena?
Sporting colours or tops are not permitted, except
for Ice Hockey jerseys.
Q What items are not permitted into the building?
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Bottles
- Cans
- Sticks
- Air horns
- Weapons or fireworks
- Alcohol or other beverages and food not sold at Odyssey Arena
- Illegal drugs or noxious substances
- Professional cameras, sound and/or video recording devices
- Helium balloons
- Umbrellas
- Pets (Except guide dogs and animals assisting visitors with
disabilities)
Q What is the Odyssey Arena's admission
policy?
No person shall be admitted into any event in the Arena without
holding a valid ticket to the event.
Odyssey Arena reserves the right to refuse admission of intoxicated patrons. Persons denied entry into the facility will not be offered a refund. Once inside the Arena patrons who become intoxicated are subject to ejection from the event.
Persons who fail to abide by Arena policies are subject to ejection from the facility. Any person who is violating Arena policy will be asked to correct their behaviour. If they fail to do so in a timely fashion, ejection will occur. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate the Arena property.
Any person seen using a laser pointer will be escorted out of an event.

Q Can a charity organise a collection at an
event?
Permission for collecting contributions inside the Arena must be
agreed through the promoter who is staging the event. Please

Q What car parking facilities are available if I was going
to an event at the Arena?

Q Are there hotel / lodging accommodations
nearby?
The nearest hotel is the Hilton which is a 10 minute walk away from
the venue. To make a reservation contact The Hilton on 028 9027

Q I bought merchandise at an event but its too
small/large can I get it exchanged?
Concert merchandise sold in the Odyssey Arena is done so on behalf
of the merchandise licensee's and no stock is retained on-site
after the event (unless it's part of a run of shows). We will
be happy to put you in touch with the relevant licensee for your
event, however the Sale of Goods Act 1979 does not require them to
exchange incorrect sizes, this will be at their discretion. Please
contact Odyssey Arena on 028 9076 6000 and we will provide
merchandise contact details for you.
Q Where are First Aid facilities located?
Fully trained staff cover two first aid areas on
the concourse and ground floor levels. Medical facilities can be
arranged in advance, or will be on site in an emergency.
Q Does Odyssey Arena offer tours?
We are pleased to offer educational group tours (on non event days)
for students free of charge. Tours are scheduled on a first come,
first served basis, however we will make every effort to
accommodate your request.
Be advised that Odyssey Arena has the right to cancel or reschedule
a tour at any time due to scheduling or booking conflicts.
