Pearl Jam have announced that they will play a series of select European festival and headlining tour dates in 2010, including a Belfast date at Odyssey Arena.
Pearl Jam are one of the key bands of the grunge movement in the early 1990s and broke into the mainstream with their debut album Ten. The band has sold over thirty million records in the US and an estimated sixty million worldwide. Pearl Jam has outlasted many of their contemporaries from the alternative rock breakthrough of the early 1990s and are considered one of the most influential bands of that decade.
The Fixer was released earlier this year as the first single from the band's ninth studio album Backspacer, which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 Chart.
